The welding of the main circulation pipeline has been completed for the Rooppur-2 nuclear power unit under construction in Bangladesh, Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom said.

The main pipeline connects the reactor pressure vessel with the steam generators and the reactor coolant pumps and is an integral part of a pressurised water reactor system.
