Regular electricity production is now scheduled for March 2021
The Olkiluoto-3 nuclear power plant under construction in Finland has been further delayed with Teollisuuden Voima Oyj saying regular electricity production is now scheduled for March 2021, eight months later than the last target of July 2020.According to plant supplier Areva-Siemens nuclear fuel will be loaded into the reactor in June 2020 and first connection to the grid will take place in November 2020.Fuel loading had been planned for January 2020, first connection to the for April 2020 and regular electricity production for July 2020.
