Company ‘on track’ to start operation of first unit by end of 2035
Fermi Energia, the privately-owned Estonian company looking to deploy two 300-MW GE-Vernova BWRX-300 small modular reactors (SMRs) in Estonia by 2035 is “currently focused on site selection,” Kalev Kallemets, the company’s chief executive officer, said in an interview.
