Plant is first of two Hualong One reactors planned for site
First safety-related concrete has been poured for the nuclear island of the Lufeng-5 nuclear power plant, marking the official start of construction, China General Nuclear (CGN) said in an announcement to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
