Initiative will ‘de-risk’ plans for rollout of Xe100 advanced reactors
US advanced nuclear reactor and fuel technology developer X-energy and Centrus Energy, a supplier of nuclear fuel, services and technology, have announced a definitive agreement for Centrus to provide X-energy with enrichment services for low-enriched uranium (LEU) and high-assay low-enriched uranium (Haleu).
