Federal boost for plans to deploy 10 Westinghouse AP1000 reactors
The US Department of Energy (DOE) has announced $17.5bn (€15.4bn) in conditional loans for utilities and energy companies to purchase crucial long lead-time components needed to strengthen the US commercial nuclear supply chain.
