The US ambassador to Poland presented the Polish government on Monday (12 September) with a final conceptual offer on the proposed construction of six Westinghouse-made AP1000 pressurised water reactor units in the country.
The Polish climate and environment ministry confirmed in a statement that US ambassador Mark Brzezinski and the president of Westinghouse Poland Michal Kowalik handed a “concept execution report” on the nuclear project to Poland’s environment minister Anna Moskwa.
