21 Jun (NucNet): Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) says it failed to adequately prepare for a possible emergency at the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear plant, but also criticises the government for adding to the “unnecessary confusion” surrounding the accident, a report says.
