US Triso nuclear fuel producer Standard Nuclear has announced a binding fuel supply agreement with Radiant Industries, a company developing portable nuclear microreactors.

Under the agreement, Radiant has secured supply of multiple tonnes of Triso fuel to be delivered until 2031.

Standard Nuclear said the agreement marks a watershed moment for the advanced nuclear industry, signalling commercial scale demand for Triso fuel across a growing range of reactor applications.
