State secretary tells conference financing is central consideration for new nuclear
Romania is committed to the Doicești small modular reactor (SMR) project but it is still at a “critical phase” where financing and outstanding conditions remain to be secured, Cristian Bușoi, state secretary at Romania's energy ministry, said.
