Aurora-INL advanced nuclear plant now expected to begin operations in 2028
US advanced nuclear technology company Oklo is continuing extensive pre-application work with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and has booked hundreds of hours in conversations with them as it bids to submit a combined licence application for its first Auroura reactor, a spokesperson told NucNet.
