US group says Vogtle-3 challenges were emblematic of broader challenges
The nuclear energy industry needs to radically rethink how it conceives, finances, builds, regulates and licences nuclear technology if it is to make a meaningful contribution to global decarbonisation, according to a paper published by the Clean Air Task Force.
