Company wants to redevelop former New Jersey site with SMR units
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved Holtec’s license termination plan for the Oyster Creek nuclear power station in New Jersey, setting out the roadmap for the final phase of decommissioning at a site the company wants to redevelop with four SMR-300 units.
