Mihama-3 Taken Offline For Scheduled Maintenance Including Anti-Terrorism Upgrades

The Mihama-3 nuclear power plant in Japan has been  shut down for scheduled maintenance by Kansai Electric Power Company, including upgrades required to meet stricter anti-terrorism rules adopted after the 2011 Fukushima disaster.
