Task force will convene this week to assess progress
An IAEA task force conducting the safety review of Japan’s release of treated water containing the radioactive material Tritium from the damaged Fukushima I nuclear plant into the Pacific Ocean will reconvene on 23 April and conduct its second mission to Japan since the start of the water discharges last year, the agency said in a statement on 19 April.
