4 Sep (NucNet): An inspection of the Doel-3 nuclear reactor unit in Belgium has confirmed the presence of a large number of flaws in the upper and lower shell rings of the reactor pressure vessel (RPV) that are probably due to fabrication defects, the country’s nuclear regulator has said.
