21 Aug (NucNet): Following Belgium’s decision to temporarily shut down its Doel-3 reactor, the OECD’s Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) has announced that there will be discussions between plant operators and the safety authorities in eight countries on specific inspections to show that their reactors are not similarly affected.
