Bulgaria’s energy minister warns of ‘traumatic experiences’ from other similar projects
An engineering services contract for two new AP1000 nuclear power plants at Kozloduy in Bulgaria has been extended by 14 months as work continues on project preparations as Sofia takes steps to avoid any budget or construction overrun, Bulgaria’s energy ministry has confirmed.
