Delayed nuclear project could reduce need for imports from Russia, Sweden and Norway
The Olkiluoto-3 EPR nuclear power plant in Finland has reached its full electrical power level of approximately 1,600 MW for the first time with regular electricity production scheduled to start on 10 December.
