Türkiye is preparing to expand its domestic role in nuclear energy development, shifting from a foreign-led model to one emphasising local content and joint ventures, as it nears the launch of its first nuclear reactor and prepares for further projects, the Nuclear Energy Association of Türkiye (NIATR) told NucNet.
