A Wyoming legislator has introduced legislation that would allow power plants in the US state to replace their natural gas and coal-fired generators with small modular nuclear reactors that have similar output.Republican David Miller, a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives and the bill's primary sponsor, said the legislation would help keep several Wyoming power plants open as their conventional generators are taken offline in the coming years.
