Country plans large deployment of CAP1000 PWR units
US nuclear equipment producer Westinghouse Electric Company has been awarded a contract by China-based Liaoning Nuclear Power Company Limited and China Nuclear Power Engineering Company to provide instrumentation and control systems (I&C) for the planned Units 1 and 2 at the Xudabu nuclear power station.
