Rosatom said the construction of 44 facilities is underway at the site, in western Russia. The company said that most of the funds so far this year, about RUB380m, have been allocated for construction and installation works.
In February, specialists completed two key events – concreting key areas of the auxiliary reactor building at Kursk 2-2 and installation of the first tier of the outer protective shell of the reactor at Kursk 2-1.
