JV will co-own and co-manage Spanish company with utility Endesa
US-based nuclear equipment manufacturer Westinghouse Electric has completed the acquisition of 50% of Spanish engineering company Tecnatom, a deal first signed with owners Iberdrola and Naturgy in October 2021.
