‘Huge stride forward’ with potential for first units to be in operation 2032 if existing sites used
Rolls-Royce SMR has progressed to Step 2 of the UK nuclear regulator’s generic design assessment (GDA) with its small modular reactor technology following the successful completion of the first step, the company said.
