US power company aiming to deploy GEH’s BWRX-300 reactor technology at Tennessee site
US utility TVA has submitted a notification of intent to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that it plans to submit construction permit application (CPA) for a BWRX-300 small modular reactor (SMR) unit at its Clinch River nuclear site in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, by June 2025.
