BNDES proposes an EPC model as a way forward
Brazil's National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) has signed a contract with the Angra Eurobras NES consortium, led by Belgium’s Tractebel, to prepare the project for the completion of the Angra-3 nuclear power plant in Rio de Janeiro state.
