TerraPower, the US-based nuclear innovation company developing the Natrium advanced reactor technology, has awarded contracts to three additional suppliers for the project, a statement said.

James Fisher Technologies (JFT), based in Colorado, will design and fabricate the sodium cover gas and test and fill facility filter skids – systems which will manage radioactive gas processes, incorporating vapour traps, caesium and aerosol filters, and ensure proper routing of gas streams within exhaust systems.
