26 Nov (NucNet): Shaw Areva MOX Services has agreed to a number of “corrective actions and enhancements” at a mixed oxide (MOX) fuel fabrication facility being built in the US as part of a settlement agreement in a case involving an engineer allowing a colleague to sign his signature to documents.
