Parliament has already repealed 35-year ban on reactor construction
Serbia and Russia’s state nuclear energy corporation Rosatom have started negotiations on the construction of a nuclear power station in the Balkan country, Russian daily Izvestia, which has ties to the Kremlin, reported on 17 September.
