19 Jun (NucNet): Russia’s Beloyarsk-4 fast neutron reactor is close to starting up for the first time after 460 fuel assemblies and 22 control-rod and instrumentation assemblies were loaded into the reactor core, state nuclear corporation Rosatom said.
