8 Oct (NucNet): Russia and Ukraine have begun construction of a 462-million-dollar (USD) (356 million euro) fuel fabrication plant that is intended to meet all Ukraine’s needs for nuclear fuel, Russia’s state nuclear corporation Rosatom has said.
