8 May (NucNet): Russia and Ethiopia are preparing to sign an agreement on nuclear energy which calls for the establishment of a nuclear research centre in the African country, Ethiopia’s ambassador to Russia Grum Abay Teshome said in an interview with state-operated news agency RIA Novosti.
