Russia’s nuclear equipment manufacturer Atommash, part of state nuclear corporation Rosatom, has shipped the full steam generator set for Unit 3 of the Akkuyu nuclear power station under construction in southern Turkey.
Construction of Akkuyu-3, a Russian VVER-1200 pressurised water reactor unit, began in March 2021.
