UK small modular reactor (SMR) developer Rolls-Royce SMR has appointed Amentum as its programme delivery partner, a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of it first reactors.

Amentum, a Virginia, US-based engineering and technology company, will work on a number of areas including the construction management programme for the deployment of Europe’s first SMRs, a statement said.
