Company aims to demonstrate full power by July federal deadline
US microreactor developer Radiant Industries announced it has received approval from the US Department of Energy (DOE) for a safety document covering its Kaleidos test reactor, potentially clearing the way for a planned test startup later this year at Idaho National Laboratory (INL).
