Ceremony marks groundbreaking for new units at Tianwan and Xudabao
Chinese president Xi Jinping and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin watched the launch ceremony by video link of a nuclear energy project to build four new Russia-supplied reactors in China, the Chinese foreign ministry said.
