Deadline extended for areas ‘most at risk of collapse’
Site operator Chornobyl NPP (ChNPP) has announced an extension for the dismantling of parts of the original “sarcophagus” shelter facility most at risk of collapse at the Chernobyl nuclear power station in Ukraine.
