11 Feb (NucNet): The consortium building the Olkiluoto-3 European Pressurised Water Reactor (EPR) in Finland has criticised Finnish utility Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO) after it announced today that the start-up of the unit may be delayed again, with regular electricity production possibly postponed until 2016.
