Slovakia could have a new nuclear reactor unit online at its existing Bohunice site around 2039 but subject to an investment decision in the mid-2020s, according to Marcel Pernica, vice chair of the board of directors for Jadrová Energetická Spolocnost Slovenska (Jess).
