Russian nuclear power company Rosatom drafted proposal in 2023
Mongolia is continuing to consider a proposal made by Russian state nuclear energy corporation Rosatom to build a small modular nuclear facility in the country – possibly at a new capital city under development in the interior, according to a report citing Russian ambassador to Mongolia Alexey Evsikov.
