Bulgaria’s energy ministry has signed a memorandum of cooperation with US-based IP3 International and UK-based Gemcorp Capital Management to support the planning and implementation of clean energy projects, including the development of nuclear energy.
The ministry said in a statement the agreements were signed in the presence of Bulgarian prime minister Kiril Petkov and could bring investment worth around $1bn to the southeast European country.
