Lithuania Signs MoU To Examine Deployment Of BWRX-300 SMR
Lithuania has will set up a special working group to prepare options for the development of nuclear energy. The country has no commercial nuclear plants.
Poland’s SGE*, Lithuania’s Altra and US-based GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy have signed a memorandum of understanding to examine the potential deployment of the BWRX-300 small modular reactor in Lithuania, a statement said on Wednesday.
