19 Sep (NucNet): Russia must provide answers to “essential questions” about construction of the Baltic nuclear power plant including why the site, 11 kilometres from the Lithuanian border in the enclave of Kaliningrad, was chosen, Lithuania’s ministry of foreign affairs has said.
