The lower-than-expected level of subscriptions from power provider Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems (Uamps) customers led to the cancellation of a project to build a pilot Voygr small modular nuclear plant at the Idaho National Laboratory site, NuScale chief executive officer of John Hopkins has said.
