30 Nov (NucNet): Russia’s state-owned nuclear operator Rosenergoatom has demonstrated a commitment to nuclear safety, but needs to improve in areas including the implementation of “all aspects” of its severe accident management programme, an International Atomic Energy Agency review has said.
