15 Apr (NucNet): The finance court in Hamburg has ordered the provisional refund of a nuclear fuel tax worth more than 2.2 billion euros (EUR) (2.5 billion US dollars) to Germany’s nuclear power plant operators, the court said in a statement yesterday.
