France’s Nuclear Regulator Approves Startup Of Delayed EPR Nuclear Plant

France’s nuclear regulator Autorite de Surete Nucleaire (ASN) has authorised the commissioning of the delayed Flamanville-3 EPR reactor in Normandy, allowing owner and operator EDF to load nuclear fuel and begin startup tests.
