City government had ordered work to stop in 2022 over ‘non accordance’
The Brazilian nuclear utility Eletronuclear, a subsidiary of state electricity group Eletrobras, has won its appeal before the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice to remove an embargo on work to complete the 1,350 MW third unit of the Angra nuclear power station in Rio de Janeiro state.
