Recent certification of 50-MW module ‘sets stage’ for efficient and effective review
US-based small modular reactor developer NuScale expects to receive a standard design approval (SDA) for its 77-MW Voygr module from the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission in 2024, the company’s vice-president of marketing and communications told NucNet.
